Well I used to be on the Tribe a while back, but with all the buzz about community sites these days and all the people I know from school being on My Space, I gave that a look - but it sucks - so I looked elsewhere... landed on Yahoo... which is too corporate for me... and now I'm here! This is perfect... and it's just the progressive kind of group I've been looking for...

So, about me. I'm a Burner... I have been for a few years, and it is through Burning friends that I find the Tribe again after losing touch with everyone a few years ago. I found myself in a very restrictive, jealous, and consuming relationship that pulled me out of life for a while... but I've just moved to the Netherlands and I'm ready to start over and come back to my progressive, alternative, freespirited, adventurous self.

I'm alone here... I have a few people I know, but they aren't really kindred souls. I'll find burners here and branch out, and life will, like the foliage in spring, begin anew.
