Well, I just got back from some kick ass kayaking on the Middle Fork and Tygart Gorge, followed by a day on the Lower Big Sandy and then the Cheat. Plenty of water for the Cheat festivarians as we had 4.6 on the MF, 7 in the TG, 6.1 on the LBS and a very juicy 3.5 on the Cheat. One of my buddies we had to take to the ER for some emergent Oral surgery when he broke open his jaw running First Island on the LBS. Crazy having him paddle out with a broke jaw that is now wired shut and him drink...

Well, the weather is warming up and the rain is falling. Wildflowers and leaf budlets are everywhere and I am thinking about kayaking when I am not bogged down with litigation work and always thinking of Yin and our family. We are heading to the Nolichucky River the weekend of April 18-20 for the Spring Clinic our paddling club is putting on. Wicked Geisha, a superbly talented dance troupe centering out of the Asheville, NC area (and known for their good taste in family that they are part of), open up the fetish show tonight for Ostara. We are quite fortunate to have these talented Goddesses perform and bring their special majick to the gathering.

Full moon drum circle at the castle tonight for the BOOM. Beautiful sunny day and should be nice all weekend for Ostara. The little green things are sticking their heads out of the sticks in the woods. Flowers are up in the Yin Garden. Spring is here. Goddess is Alive and Majick is Afoot! Yipee!
