Moo, by Jane Smiley ( miscellaneous » book reviews ) "Unexpected." Moo was a strange an unexpected book. If someone had tried to expalin the plot to me I wouldn't have liked the book as it was I couldn't put the book down until I had finished it. Wicked sex scenes too. It thought me something.
