WOW! What a rush! Just got back from Tribes and I am happy to say that I survived Troupe Tarab's first performance at Tribes. We opened the Saturday night show and we're followed by our sisters from Sahara Silk. It was very comforting to know that we had friends and family in the audience. We had lots of fun! Excuse my language but, I am having lots of fun! Between Tribes, performing at the Relays for Life, and taking classes with Julie and Amy; my social life has become exciting. I am looking forward to all things relating to bellydancing, especially this summer. I just have to make sure that my job does not interfere with my dancing.... The holiday season is almost over and now it's time to get back to work. I haven't gone to Amy's tribal class on Sundays because if it's not because I am at work, it's because I have so many freakin' things to do that I totally forget about it. But starting in January, I am going to make time for the classes and get my ass there. I am looking forward to the next time that the student troupe performs so that I can be in it.
