Well I am busy trying to get people intrested in hoooping in south alabama.. I have been hooping for about 3 months or so and i really love it.... I have started making custom hoops for friends and others... Its been amazing the response i have recieved.. I love the way peoples faces light up when they get their new hoop.. I have just started a hoop jam at a local yoga studio and i cant wait to see what happens with it...

Hoop jam (in Baldwin County Hoopers) We are starting a weekly hoop jam at yoga birds studio in fairhope on monday nights from 4-6pm, If you are intrested in attending please contact me.. Hoops will be provided for use also custom hoops are available to purchase..

Hooped New orleans!!!
Had a great time Hooping around the French quarter and Jackson square.. People are so funny to watch while they watch you spin.. We walked around thousands of people just carrying our Hoops, and we would get stopped and the question would be "Do you know how to use those" And i would let a little laugh, and respond "Yes do you want to see?"
And it kept turning in to groups of 5 and 6 at time watching us hoop and us letting them hoop.. Everyone was so amazed at what we were doing. ... read more
