Strange, but true --- I have to write it.
I went out the other night with my sister and her husband, to have prime rib and jack daniels in honor of my dad (these were two of his favorite things).......I'm not a huge fan of red meat, definitely not a huge fan of RARE red meat (gak!), or jack daniels, for that matter, but this is our new April 7th tradition -- once a year, I can handle it.
