well. shawn sent me a message the other day, asking me how i've been doin', so... here i go! i'm still in a state of chronically missing da big island, sunshine, warmth of both people and places, community, ecstatic dance, palm trees and my attempts at weaving them into things, FRUIT!!, walking barefoot, lava rock-cuts and fighting staph, and waking up early with the sun gleaming through the jungle-trees. ahhh.... such a beautiful, amazing place - why did i ever leave it?!?!?!!
