Last night was AWESOME! I can't believe how many people were there. Plus they were actually into it and an overall great crowd. Everyone danced beautifully. Dancing in two numbers was crazy. I was worried I'd forget to change one aspect of my costume. But is was a great night. I love that my 77 year-old grandmother now comes to my dance shows proud as a peacock. Ok, this was my first time performing in something other than a student show. I was SO nervous! The stage was a lot smaller than I thought it would be and while the stage was sturdy, dancing on the seams of the various pieces was unpleasant. The show went great though. We received lots of compliments and I'm so proud to have been a part of the group. Thank you Sonya for an awesome experience.

I admit, I love drilling, it's good medicine. The second two hours almost killed me. The choreography was way over my head. Plus she had to move through it so quickly I just couldn't keep up. It made me feel better later to learn that she considered this an "advanced" choreography. I kept up for a w...
