I work for Caterpillar in Illinois. Cat and their infinite wisdom have decided to ban smoking in all of their Buildings. That is all fine and dandy except they are discrimating against anyone that is not union. See all of the union people can still smoke inside the buildings where the original smoker's areas were at. But the contractors and anyone not covered under the UAW contract have to go outside 15 feet from the door. If that is horseshit I dont know what is........... buy KOMATSU
