I don't come to Tribe enough. Everyone's on MySpace or Facebook, sadly.
Well, I'm going to Burning Man for sure this year. The awesome folks who run Deviant Playground have invited me to camp with them and I am honored and excited. These are some of the most genuine and real people I've met.
Life is having it's strange twists, of course.

My current focus is on Burning Man and making an album. I finally have a decent mic and I'm in the process of writing some new songs. It's been a very long time since I've written anything. I was so much more productive when I was a young angsty twat. Life still has hard stuff, but I process it and might sulk for a little while, but I move on pretty quickly. That doesn't make for good poetry. Maybe I'll write about the transformations that Burners and Burning Man bring.

I swear, one night hanging with them is like years of therapy. It reminds me what's important and these folks see right through any masks you might try to wear. They bring me back to center.
