I love my phone! And shopping!!
(blog entry)
I have a habit of taking pictures of things on my phone, especially things I want but can't immediately get. So I often take pictures of things to remind me what I saw on a particular shopping trip. I thought I would post a few pictures of what ...

(blog entry)
So following that short adjournment I shall continue with the story.
The four girls arrived at the Renault dealership and as Carrie came to a stop in the car park Kirstie had pressed her nose up to the glass window and was pointing at the mau... read more

Uch!
(blog entry)
I have the sniffles! Everything has ground to a halt, the wall looks empty and I haven't written a bean in two days! Blech, when will these clever scientists fix all these pesky illnesses?!

Yesterday Continued
(blog entry)
The High View Tea Rooms were magnificent in every way. Not too much glamour and glitz and not too much colour and chintz, it was the perfect setting for the girls to have tea and a wide variety of scrumptious cakes and breakfast goods. Although ...

I thought I would post a few pictures of what I saw today in a couple of bookshops and a bit of a blather on about why I want them. You know, just in case Sarah wants to buy me a present as she often does! ;)

The four girls arrived at the Renault dealership and as Carrie came to a stop in the car park Kirstie had pressed her nose up to the glass window and was pointing at the mauve mechanical magnificence she had dreamed of, “there, it’s there!” Kirstie and Carrie got out the car and hurried towards the Renault to have a look around it. Penny and Sarah, the more reserved of the group, slowly strolled over whilst taking... read more

Some idiot saw fit to teach me how to make my own tribe thingy! Hello! I'm Kirstie and I've joined tribe because I've heard some great things from my friends who have also joined. Also they never return my calls or see me anymore so I came to the conclusion that tribe must be a cult of some description and rather than have an intervention and get my dear friends out I thought I'd do the next best thing and join in.
I hate these "about me" things, I mean who really wants to hear a load of mindless twaddle about someone they have never met? Oh, you do? Well in that case I suppose I better tell you a few of the highlights.
I'm a writer, I write and write and write but I have a problem. I never finish. I have probably written around 50 books without endings. My books are my children and to put an ending on them would some how kill them and I simply don't have the heart. I've been told by friends, who are obviously lying, that I write well and that my books would sell but alas I can not find it in my heart to finish any of them. I continue to write, maybe one day an ending will come to me. Perhaps I just like being a starving writer? Starving artists are surely the most interesting people in the world, without the hardship they would not be able to create their art and vice-versa.
I constantly skip breakfast and eat cereal for lunch, perhaps my internal clock is six hours slow. I love to go out to dinner but I can never decide what to have, meaning my friends have to help me as they would a child as they point to things on the menu and ask what mood I'm in.
I listen to the music on the Sky planner, my friends keep telling me how to go into the settings and turn it off but I just nod politely at them as I rather like it and when I'm on my own I'll listen to it playing in the other room. I hate gardening and gardening hates me, I would love nothing more than to have green fingers but sadly I have not been blessed with them. Last year I had my garden paved and chipped over so I would never have to worry about gardening again. Last month I bought a load of tubs and plants. This month they are already dying.
