I love to hand drum and am wanting to learn frame drumming. it is a great way to relax and zone a bit. I am pretty much a noob at poi spinning and am here to learn more . if you could help me walk the path. I would be blessed. I work in the mental health field. so if you are a consumer , well so am i. feel free to talk. I live in a cow town. lots of cowboy hats and boots here. but there are a few of us hippies still around who understand the warmer things in life
