I have been struggling a lot lately with the fact that I don't feel grounded. I have been living out of suitcases and boxes for almost 6 years now. I still am. I got my first official catering gig today here in Portland!! I am doing a high end dinner for two tomorrow night in a penthouse apartment down by the river...maybe now, I won't have to live in a van down by the river!!
