how can someone, particularly me, stay warm and dry in the winter without looking like i'm wearing my sleeping bag or i'm a flasher? why are their only pea coats, puffy coats and trench coats??? does anyone know someone that makes coats ,hopefully waterproof, and sells them online? help!

I would like to know the answer for that as well.
I'm always cold. But I like looking good.
Last year I gave in and after 7 yrs of being cold I bought a puffy 'The Northface' down parka coat thing. It's so ugly, but it's the warmest thing I own.

Maybe you can find something you like here www.burlingtoncoatfactory.com/

snowboarding coats
check out some snowboarding/ski clothing companies. Their designs tend to be waterproof, cozy, and sleeker than the average outerwear company.
