I've been playing violin for 12 years. There's no better feeling than being able to play an instrument with the same ease as whistling a tune. I've been classically trained through the Suzuki method but I play just about everything. I bought my electric Bridge 5-string violin last year and have been in love ever since. I use that plus various pedals playing with my band Octopus, (alternative/apocalyptic/rock). I'm itching to purchase an electric mandolin to broaden my horizons.
I have a passion for Celtic music. I lean towards Scottish mostly but Irish is inevitable. ;-)

My second love next to music is fire. :) I've been spinning Poi for over 3 years now but lately I've been starting to learn other props as well. I also spin Double staffs, and Fire hoop. Pretty soon I'm gonna start Fire Fans and Rope dart but it will be a while...
