The question are rather innocuous. And yes there is no requirement for personal info. She does ask, as an option, name (or handle) age & occupation. Probably for statistical purposes.

My car, parked in my driveway, was broken into last night. The scum took my renaissance sword (see photo) and a bag of personal protective equipment I use for emergency response at work. (They took the time to go through the bag, which contained respirators, cartridges, glasses, etc.. I know this because they left a bag of cotton socks in the trunk that was in the bottom of the bag.)
