about me
I was born in Piscataway, New Jersey on June 21, 1983 to Colombian immigrants. My brothers named me after Wonder Woman's alias. My family moved to Plainfield, New Jersey when I was 1yr old. We stayed ther until I was 5 yrs old and then moved down to Florida to escape the blizzards and welcome the hurricanes. I spent the next 12 yrs in Stuart, Fl, which is 30 min north of West Palm Beach (one of the '04 hurricanes went thru there and we had Geraldo Rivera broadcast the devastation...tehehehee).
I currently live in Orlando where I attend the University of Central Florida. I am majoring in Computer Engineering and minoring in French. I was lucky to receive a Co-Op position with United Space Alliance(which is NASA's baby company that deals with KSC ground operations in florida and the same with Johnson Space Center in Houston). I was introduced to their Information Management Platform Engineering Operations System(IM PEOS, KSC and NASA love using acronyms fior everything) team where I was a MS SQL Server 2000 Database Administrator. I had the chance to be flown out to Houston on the company plane(AWESOME!!!!) and meet the other half of the team. I had a wonderful 4 terms with them and they are waiting for me to graduate in order offer me the position as a full-time employee.
I enjoy learning new languages ( I currently know 5: spanish, english, french, portuguese and italian) and dancing (which I have been doing since the age of 3). I have been bellydancing for 5 yrs and am a professional bellydancer with Orlando Bellydance.
