I have a vast background as an athlete culminating in competitive gymnastics in high school. As captain in my senior year, I quietly led the team to a championship in 1973, receiving First place on the floor exercise in individual competition. During Naval Hospital training as a Corpsman in 1976 I decided to embark on a theatrical career starting with ballet performances. I developed a respect for the Asian martial arts and spiritual practices of India spending spare time training in dance with jazz, modern, tap, and ballet. I play harmonica and sing Karaoke. Injuries have educated me in the art of recovery prompting the invention of a "stretch swing" that has helped me to not only regain my lost skills, but to improve in all the needed skills of body, mind, and soul.
