Well my play/practice poi came in the mail today. So excited. I have already managed to whip the side of my head and the bridge of my nose. Fantastic. :0)

If anyone has any tips/tricks/hints to offer me...feel free to do so as I am brand-spankin' new to this and am just going to experiment on my own (and try to follow those damn instructional vids online from time to time) until I can hang out with some spinners.
