At Miami

At Miami visiting Avey. Feeling all schooly hanging in the tech lab here 'surfing the net'. I am so ready for School to start for me I have a week and a half left. Hopefully some of that time will be spent in Chicago visiting friends, family and generally being tttttttrouble. Avey, Hektor and I went to Wal-Mart last night of course hilarity ensued. I haven't laughed that hard since before I left Pennsic. We got dresses for Halloween (Me and Avey not Shane). There are actually cute. I was pleasantly surprised to find a dress I like for like eleven dollars at Wal-Mart. I am weird about dresses. One of the lab guys is SUPER cute. I want to work out. Endorphins are fun! We went swimming yesterday and I guess it was kind of working out I tried to swim laps but I hurt in weird places. I think my body needed a day off from high impact Cardio. Then I slept on the Futon from hell! So my back is kinked up some (I almost wrote kinky). The viewing is tonight from 5 to about 8. The funeral is tomorrow at one. I am so sorry for my family; I know what my cousins are going through. I am at a weird calm I have little emotion left at this point. Avey is on her way to me so I am going to finish this up a have a few emails to write.

Early this morning my mother’s oldest sibling and her only brother passed away. For those that know me, you also know this comes way to close to my father’s death six months ago. I am not prepared mentally, emotionally, or even physically to handle this. I am already exhausted. When was little I would go over to his house all the time, our California family was small so we stayed close, I remember so many little things about him. I am so sad, Like that strange feeling when you get the wind knocked out of you, and you don’t mind if it comes back. Mom saw him while I was at Pennsic, his daughter and her family was in from CA and there was a picnic. I wasn’t there, again. I can’t believe this is happening.
