It is NPR's pledge drive time again and so it is raffle time again!

During each pledge drive I reward people with a raffle for those who prove
that they contributed to NPR during the current fund drive. The
drawing will take place the May 13th at class. Please make sure to include
contact information. You do not have to be in Georgia to enter this
raffle, we will select something you can collect long distance if an
out-of-towner's name is drawn! You can contribute to your own NPR or
PBS station even if they are not doing their pledge drive by going to
their website anytime during the year. If you contribute with your
credit card (which they prefer so they do not have to employ a
mailing staff which incurs further cost on their part) then you will
have a receipt that you can forward to me at <mailto:ziah%40awalim.com>ziah@awalim.com.

Doesn't matter how much you contribute but I would appreciate any
help you can give to public radio that is going through a very hard
time right now. NPR is a daily part of my life and I want to do
something to encourage people to contribute. Our local NPR station is 90.1 and you can go directly to their website to contribute www.wabe.org/radio/
