Have you ever had such a bright light come into your life that you almost lose your breath to think how lucky you are to share such amazing moments of pure complete "breakin it down like there is no other!" kinda fun and adventure!!! ????
Stefan and I first began our crazy swirl because we shared the same passion,the same "umph', the same " Holy shit-we're alive and this is amazing!!" feeling ......our souls ( and hoops) and smiles---collided (literally!) at the first Bonnaroo as we frolicked in the fields while String Cheese played!! Since then, my life has NEVER been the same!!! At that moment, Stefan named me "Meghan the Cat"......and it has somehow carried on to this day! Stefan is my "Catnip"!!!! He is all I need to raise the vibrations all around, to celebrate the art of hoop dancing, and to feel 110% supported and loved in this sacred dance of life! I call him "Stefan the Star" not only because of his vibrant soul, but because of the ab-soul-utely unbeliveable FRIENDS and ADVENTURES that he has lead me to!!! I have been seeing the Cheese regularly since 2001. The first person on the Cheese scene that I recognized repeatedly was Stefan. It seemed that every show I went to, he was there. And, then I would watch the dvd's... and almost every time, there was Stefan dancing his ass off. I decided long before I met him, that this guy knows how to rage Cheese, and that I wanted to become friends with him. Stefan has risen to a level of second degree fame. You know it is serious when you are "famous" for attending shows. Anyway, in true Cheeser style, Stefan has been approachable, friendly, energetic, and positive in every encounter I have ever had with him. Each time I see him brings us a little more familiarity, and a bit more smiling. I always leave our encounters with an increased sense of balance, joy, and swirling magic. Stefan has a truly wonderful aura, a stellar vibe. I am thankful to have him as a fellow Cheeser and a friend.
