life works in mysterious ways

ya know, i've had a lot of dramas and life-altering experiences happen within the past few months... but i think that people need to go through tough times in order to value what they have and appreciate life (and all that lies within it) in order to gain a better understanding of the world and the balance that lies within it. i think life throws us these curveballs and events in order to help/motivate us to learn more about ourselves as well and figure out what we want out of life.
