The greatest achievement is selflessness.
The greatest worth is self-mastery.
The greatest quality is seeking to serve others.
The greatest precept is continual awareness.
The greatest medicine is the emptiness of everything.
The greatest action is not conforming with the worlds ways.
The greatest magic is transmuting the passions.
The greatest generosity is non-attachment.
The greatest goodness is a peaceful mind.
The greatest patience is humility.
The greatest effort is not concerned with results.
The greatest meditation is a mind that lets go.
The greatest wisdom is seeing through appearances.

about me
Well, I dropped my last profile because I change everyday. I am the luckiest guy on the planet, at least I think so. I work to live and live to love. I play to keep my inner child from atrophying, and I am learning to live out loud. Also, I will list the things I am NOT good at for your reading fun. I know almost nothing about home repair, or plumbing, electrical stuff, roofing, painting, building a fence, woodworking, so I am NOT a handy man in the traditional sense, and in fact I usually end up getting injured anyway. I do not know how to repair a car engine, and I do not know what sports team is doing well or whatever. I do make up for this by far in many other ways. I have very valuable skills, but they are not manly man skills. If you need help with a computer, mycology, gardening, musical knowledge and musicianship, I can do that, and I am an honest and ethical listener as well as a good friend to have. Just dont ask me to hang a door.
I finished it!
Managed to cut this stone without loosing much mass, and the high dome directs the fire up and out.
I will miss this stone, and am glad that it is going to a good family as an investment heirloom.

Actually i am cutting this for some one else, but there are two gem stones in this piece of Lambina crystal, and there is no more to be found, so I will be cutting it very carefully.

My mother lost a gold cross that meant a lot to her, so I made her the Mintabie black opal cross. The Dominican blue Amber pendants are for two dear friends.

This is an unbelievable chunk of reverse hydrophane Ethiopian crystal gem opal. I have never seen a chunk even close to this size, and faceted, this sales for 10-50k a caret. This is well over a 100 carets, and has one crack that will be a separate stone. This is not my stone, but it was bought this year in Paris by a gem dealer, and he has a buyer. This kind of opal is very difficult to cut, but I have been cutting Ethiopian for some time, so he is giving me 50% of the retail value when fini...
