I had a great job in Tampa. My apartment was in a duplex on a sweet lake ( Lake Echols) I could swim for an hour before work each day. There was an alligator rumored to have eaten a couple of dogs but I never saw it. My job as a flight attendant just evaporated when the local air carrier I worked for went out of business and no one else was hiring.
