Hiya!

I am seeking a low-rent apartment/studio-home where I can sleep, cook, hang out and do a bit of my artwork, (no oilpainting or solvents, just a bit of light metalworking, okay?!) Prefer by Jan 1 -15th at the latest

I live on SSI, and Social Security payments, which ain't much, (technically I am disabled, but i can still ride my bike and do all the good stuff), but I can pay about $500 per month, jusy like clockwork and I haven't been late with the rent in over 5 years.

I am tidy, fairly quiet, not much of a partyer anymore, but I do enjoy socializing, sharing meals, and so forth if it were a shared situation.

I am a very good cook, I clean up my own messes and I don't smoke indoors, if at all. Male, 56, housebroken, easy going, cute, A++++

I gotta get outta this place!!! Seeking a small studio, Garage, etc...

Spare room, garage, unused studio, office space?

In the central East Bay, Oakland, Berkeley, etc, is an unused garage, or detached office with a half bathroom, or sink, which I could rent from somebody, hmmm?

I require a small work space, (no screaming power tools), and some left over space for storing my materials and such, from 200 to 500 square feet, @ 50 cents to $1a foot.

High ceilings get extra points, as do dry conditions.
