Sierra Spiral Dancers (in Northern Cal Belly Dance) Anyone know if Sierra Spiral Dancers are still around????

I've been low-carbing it for the last three years. I've kept off the 90 pounds I lost and am slowly working on the last 50-60... I find when I'm stressed out that eating some carrots or cauliflower with some ranch dressing helps relieve that ... read more
