<div>The long awaited expansion to World of Warcraft, which is by far my favorite expression of my complete and utter geekiness, has finally hit the market. My dearest and i shall be firmly ensconced in our wonderful virtual world for the next several days, along with many of our friends and extended family..... all chattering excitedly about our discoveries and adventures over our personal ventrilo server (another sign of my utter geekiness).

Thoughts of bdsm will be temporarily set aside in the ensuing excitement... however, I am planning on creating a new character named Shibari. *smile*

If you happen to play... and are on the Elune server... send me a "hi". </div>

More Pain please...

<div>This evening i had a lovely conversation over YIM with my only real bdsm play partner... which is not unusual, we chat on YIM almost every night and on the phone once or twice per week.... Yes, i am a fairly needy sub, at least as far as daily checkins go... its something that i am finally beginning to comfortably admit and am trying to stop apologizing for.

My lack of trust in men requires a lot of consistency on their parts... being there, checking in, if not in person, at least maintaining some form of contact on almost a daily basis. I need that ongoing and continual contact and consistency... without it, i become insecure and emotional.

The process of discovering that for my own self preservation i HAVE to listen to those needs, has been a bit agonizing. There are others in the community that I would LOVE to develop relationships with, but no matter how much I WANT to play with someone, denying my own needs will only lead to anger, hurt and resentment... at least for now, while I am still sooo new to all of this. I'm hoping that in time i will discover other ways of forming trusting bdsm relationships.

Luckily i have at least found one Dom who seems to be able to meet my need for almost daily check ins... His actualy avaiability is extremely limited. His inability to actually "see" me very often makes me wistful, but it does not trouble me or make me insecure. The fact that we talk reassures me, comforts me and lends me patience to get through those long boughts between our sessions.

Even now, I'm not sure when i will see Him again, its been over a month since our last session, but tonight as we were chatting on YIM, He hinted that the next time W/we are together He intends to inflict even more pain on me than He has in our last two sessions.

The thought brought a happy and contented smile of anticipation to my lips....

After telling me that, He gave me directions to go cum once and report back to Him as soon as i was done...

i quite happily followed His orders.
