Who is this teenager walking around my house?

Yes, the rumors are true. After about 17 years, Fred has gotten a "boy haircut". He was planning on going in and saying, "Cut my hair" but then thought better of it and consulted me. See? Marriage has some benefits... ;) I thought it would be a good idea to see what celebrities have straight light hair, that isn't cut with clippers. The scope was pretty narrow... We settled on Jesse Spencer, who until this weekend I just called "Dr Chase from House" I said, cringing, "Just don't go much shorter than this, ok?" and she assured me we'd keep it in the ballpark.

I’ve never been a good sleeper. After cutting out caffeine (Okay, not completely, but only one a day, usually my AM coffee...) it turns out I am a *very* good sleeper, almost too good... I seem to have gone to sleep at 9:30pm tonight, and, um, am quite awake now at 1am... hmmm...

In other news, we’ve tried to re introduce the self cleaning litter box, and even with the old one sitting right next to it darling Chasey seems to be crapping in the living room again. I am going to kill Fred’s cat... Needless to say Linus has been getting a lot of positive attention. ;-) (Okay, Chasey will be my cat again, as soon as she stops this, um, you know...)

House Buying: Those who know the saga, (we’ve been going since November...) we are still in it to win it! Perpetually guarded optimism is getting hard to maintain, but I’m hanging in there. Fred is *much* better about being in this temporary apartment, but I am so ready to get somewhere and unpack. I miss my stuff... But I am so ready to be downtown I can feel it!

Um, that’s all I can think of... Oh, and I’m co-teaching the level 1 belly dance class in Amherst, if anyone wants to come and play and make fun of me. :-D

32 ain't no big thang, right?
