1. Do you know the pH of your body? Do you take conscious steps to balance your pH with baking soda, apple cider vinegar, seasalt and epsom salts? (You can test pH with biofeedback machine or with litmus paper).
2. Do you know which toxins are in your body and are you aware of which minerals you are deficient? (Consider a biofeedback session, or listen to your intuition which is best honed by purifying your third eye....purify your pituitary gland and pineal both are associated with third eye sensation).
3. When you put something in your mouth or have it come into contact with your body, do you read the label or are interested in the ingredients? Do you understand that corporations can legally put things in that item that they do not list on the label?
4. Do you take steps (when you are guided with to do so) beyond what is "normal" around you, to understand the spiritual, emotional, mental and physical health implications of any chemical you choose to ingest or come into contact with?
5. Do you take steps to realign and ground your energies so that your presence can be a soothing experience for yourself and others?
6. At this time consider what sort of interest you truly have in what each organ does in your body...or any of the other basics in self physical knowledge?
7. Understand that metal coils conducts unseen energy all around us and many people sleep in metal coiled mattresses and boxsprings. Understand that people who are energy senstive can see muddy energy emitting from coiled and boxspring mattresses. Consider putting an orgone generator under your mattress so that your mattress can emit positive lifeforce instead of the local am radio station and cell phone reception. Ponder the difference between sitting on a boxspring furniture with your legs and posture bent, as opposd to something more linear on the groundlevel.
8. Comprehend that the vibrations of the earth are increasing and as a result our species is being pulled into two distinct camps: a. those who enjoy the world of 3D duality and, b. those who choose the 5D vibrations of love. Reaffirm that if this is true, it isn't likely to be advertised by those addicted to their current level of fame, money, or manmade power.
9. Realize that you are directly connected to God at anytime no matter how high or low your vibrations....and so is everyone on the planet, and understand that they might not believe it to be so.
10. Focus not only on what you do, focus on who you are.
BONUS: The condition of your body WILL affect the energy behind your thoughts, emotions and access to spirit. Access your true power as a human being by taking conscious and dedicated steps to purity, for only then will you continue to gain access to even more of your beautiful self. Reconsider your relationship with purifying petals, roots, herbs, pharmaceutical grade essential oils, bark, clay, mud, fresh non-genetically modified vegetables and fruits, pure water.
AND ONE BIG BONUS: Realize that some people in the world DO have a depopulation plan and that YOU have already experienced their plan in the form of poisoned air, water, soil, food and technologies that are harmful to human health. Learn to see their plan expressed in your everyday life and then while you're at it, say hello to your spirit guides and the rest of the universe watching over us....Know that you can ask for full protection and so shall Be.
