about me
Just your typical neighborhood Corporate Whore, who thinks life should be all singing and dancing. I spend my life around the bizzare, exciting and the mundane. A friend once said of my multifaceted nature, "Jeremy, you went through normal and came out the other side".

My Recent Activity

In Los Angeles until Sunday (blog entry) I am heading to LA to visit my Grandfather this week. He has an inoperable cancer, and I am collecting an oral history of his life on video and getting as much family history as I can.

Anyhow, I may have some evenings free. If anyone in town... read more

Anyhow, I may have some evenings free. If anyone in town wants to grab dinner sometime this week, drop me a line via tribe. I'm also interested in grabbing tickets to Wicked if someone spontaneously feels like going. :)

Of course I also ended up with less than 3 hours of sleep last night and I am running on chai right now. For you chai snobs, it is a blend from a local store here.

My Testimonials

June 21, 2007
I could go on for pages and pages, but I'll keep it brief.

Jeremy's been on the top of my list of favorite people essentially since I first met him -- he's *always* been able to put a smile on my face. He's an absolute joy to be with and always manages to lift my mood when it happens to drop for some reason. I'm hard pressed to think of anyone who's made me feel as appreciated as an individual as he does. He's full of energy -- which makes him a great dance partner, in my opinion -- and his energy as well as bounciness tends to fuel my own (which may or may not be annoying to others, but it's fun!).

In short: I feel darn fortunate to have him in my life. :)

Dear gods, how long have I known Jeremy? Since Junior High? Even when we haven't deliberately kept in touch, I keep running into him everywhere. And all this time, he's been one of the most enthusiastic, intelligent, and sincere guys I know. In fact, he's one of the few friends I have that I can't remember *ever* seeing him really upset about anything. I don't know where he gets all that positive energy. Maybe it's just the contexts I see him in, but he's been practically bouncing the entire time I've known him. He should sell it in bottles - I'm pretty sure it's legal.

It's not that he's weird. That's far too common around here. Jeremy makes weird look utterly casual. There's no hidden shock agenda. He isn't doing it to be different, to demand attention at any cost (though he certainly likes to entertain), or even to establish an overt sense of identity. He's in it for the FUN.

Maybe that's why being around him is so much fun.

Jeremy makes a kick ass guy with fake leaches stuck all over his face! I mean, who really can you say that about? The answer: JEREMY! Great idea my friend, but even better execution. Really nice street work this year.
