Well I have come home after completing 3hrs of workshop with Petite Jamilla, hard work, intense moves, comlicated steps, BUT I loved it.
She is a lovely, sweet and down to earth person who just ooooozes with enthusiam for dance, which she passes on through her teaching.
Fantastic drum solo choreography, which I have got to practice, especially those turns.
So its after midnight and I am tired, but I am buzzing.

Well on Saturday Lisa, Kirsty and I went along to Sara's taster bellydance session at Basingstoke Leisure Centre.
I have been dancing for a few years, but only with two teachers. This was such a great class, I learnt so much, and strangely a very simple thing had the most impact.

" I could have danced all night"
Lisa & I went to Pammy's last night, no dancing on monday night gave us the jitters, SO we had to get a fix !!
Lisa brought a new CD "300 soundtrack" and a very atmospheric track called "Curse of Beauty" just seemed to inspire us. And that was it, the creative juices flowed and suddenly we were dancing, moving and creating, scribbling down moves as fast as we can. Wow how proud am I of my friend.
She is in Top Sante Magazine (available at your news agent NOW) blowing the horn and ringing the bell and flying the flag for all us ladies of "plus" size and how we can still be active and fit and healthy.
Great article, lovely pictures and now girl do you see what we see, it is there in front of you, actually in print in colour on double page spread, how bloody good do you look?
