I will be showing my ceramic art and luminescent, mixed-media sculptures in a collaborative exhibition with flower arrangement artist, Nichimasa Toizumi, a Kadou-nippoukoryu master. The installation, "SAKURASAKU-spirit blossom", will be held in Harajuku, Tokyo on March 5 to the 8.
'Sakura' means cherry blossoms, & 'saku' means to blossom.

It had been a long, long time since I had created any sculptures. I already felt so good just in the making of them, and to see them come about, but now to have one put in the collection of an art collector and bonding with a person who shares similar visions has just capped off a fabulous month for me!
I am so grateful and now so psyched to be getting ready to fly out of the jungle of Japan on the 29th to go make some new creations in the dessert of New Mexico!
