I tear up just watching this. I get chills. This was one of my favorite books growing up. If they make a movie of Maniac Mcgee, Stranger in a Strange Land, and Snow Crash, I can die a happy person.

On a good day you can smell the salt, sand and seaweed coming up from the water. The breeze comes inland all day long, and in the evening it brings with it an intense amount of fog. The fog comes in fast, like a blanket of cold cottony water, and stays unless it's one of those rare late-summer days when the sunshine is warm enough. It's a quiet neighborhood, lots of college students and Asian families.

October always sucks. It's the transition months that are usually crap for me. Somethin... read more

The needle goes in, and i feel the rush of this marvelous cocktail of endorphins and adrenaline. The feeling is indescribable. It's like a centralized pressure pain; not sharp like i was expecting. My body is instantly alert, and at the same time my brain seems to have shut off every thought but the most basic and primal senses
The natural cocktail induces a feeling of extreme lightheadedness. I feel drunk. It's a feeling more intense than any dom has administered. I almost want to fuc... read more

Snakes on a Plane was exactly what i expected.

It was absolutely terrible, and i loved every minute of it.

In other news, there was a flash mob of zombies in the city today, which Isaac and i were a part of. It was amazing. There started out being maybe seven zombies, and there ended up being about 300 of us staggering around the market/powell area.

Oh...we stormed the apple store.

Imagine if you will, about 300 zombies in an apple store.

needless to say, i've had a very good d... read more

Oh my fucking god i'm tired.

I didn't even know they still made a 5am.

But they do, and i was up at it this morning.

Other things learned today include:

* Public transportation is stressful, but it should be substantially less stressful next time.
* My teachers are all very cool.
* In each of my classes, there's at least one weird/strange/hyper-kinetic/possibly insane person, and at least one person that i would rather drop dead than talk to.
* In my swimming cl... read more

about me
I can kill you with my brain.

I like to wear short skirts and high heels, but that doesn't mean I’ll fuck you. I log onto myspace even though it's like interweb high school. I'm smarter than I look. I'm a completely different person when I’m at work. I don't confine myself to any subculture category. I go to raves and dance for hours. I never learned to ride a bike. I've never worn stilettos, and would probably fall on my face. Until recently, my identity was polyamorous. I meow when I’m nervous. My sense of humor is very dry, and doesn't translate well over the internet. I do not use contractions when I am angry. I get butterflies before I see him. I love to swim. I'm not big into drugs or alcohol. I believe in ghosts. I am very, very, very, very submissive in bed. I like to imagine being a cool Italian chick when I drink coffee and smoke cigarettes outside the coffee shop. My favorite smells are fresh vanilla and clean laundry. I have a lot of patience because I haven't used any of it yet. My Mamma is on my top 8. I have an unnatural curiosity for Scorpios and Capricorns. I change my hair color like most people change their socks. The only employment available to me does not satisfy any need for creativity nor self-expression. I have naturally curly hair, but people still ask where I got it permed. I live in a place that is an average of 75 degrees all year round. I'm an avid pedestrian, although I’ve driven drunk. I'm allergic to pot, but that doesn't stop people from asking if I want any. I have an aesthetic appreciation for freeway overpasses. I've come to like cold showers in summer. I've come to hate summer. I think whoever spread the rumor that honking at girls gets you laid should be drawn and quartered. Proper grammar turns me on, although Word for Windows has spoilt me into not capitalizing my "I's". I spell check things with livejournal. I write music, although my musical career is greatly injured by the fact I can't play guitar. I run into things, but not because I’m clumsy, because I don't care enough to move out of their way. I sing at coffee shops a Capella. When I was in elementary school I was obsessed with cats. At one point I found release through chemical means. I collect bi-sexual boys. I dislike confrontation, and shrink up when yelled at. I know how to weld. I can sometimes be a snob, but I try and catch myself. It's hard to piss me off unless you push one of my buttons. Idiotic females make me feel misogynistic. Idiotic males make me feel feministic. I have a soft spot for pretty boys. I have a softer spot for pretty boys in eyeliner. I have an unending weakness for startling and intense blue eyes (preferably with lined lids) in combination with dark hair. Scorpios are my ultimate downfall. I love sushi and Mexican foods, although I often forget to eat. I have a plastic skull lamp I bought at a garage sale for 50 cents as a nightlight. People would feel better if they drank more water. I have an indie comic book character based on my alter ego. I like buying people frivolous gifts that remind me of them, and leaving them on the hood of their car or slipping them through an open window. I met my doppelganger on myspace. I'm addicted to ebay. I'm a comic book nerd. I used to steal road signs late at night; the highlights of the requisitioned signs were either "Equestrian Crossing" or "Contra Costa County Jail and Rehabilitation Center". I think Russian accents are extraordinarily sexy, and Russian is even sexier. I have a narcissistic obsession with Elephants. I am enamored with all cephalopods (but especially the blue ring octopus). I have an aesthetic fascination with spirals. I play video games, especially RPGS.I try to keep in touch with my ex boyfriends. I wish people would read more books. My favorite colors are black and green. I believe there's such a thing as an intellectual movie. I fire dance.

I'd like to meet Anyone who likes to drink waterPeOpLe WhO dOn'T EvEr TyPe LiKe ThIs (i call it text herpes). Girls with fangs. Bi-sexual boys (not necessarily for sex, it's just i have a collection). People with good hair. Fractured Souls. Anyone with aesthetic appreciation for freeway overpasses. Scorpios. Saggitarius'. Other Pisces. Capricorns. People who smoke without apologies. Girls with interesting makeup. Boys with interesting makeup. Anyone who bends what is socially acceptable for their gender. Anyone who has intelligence without being pretentious. People who understand David Lynch films. Non-smokers who don't treat those of us who do like second class citizens. Natural brunettes. Readers. People with great love for good horror and a greater love for bad horror. More Octo-fans. I love people who use correct grammar and spelling. Stand up bass players. Celloists. Anyone with the same strange fascination with serial killers. People who make bad puns. Video game nerds. Boys who look good in corsets.
Anyone who's actually taking the time to read this.
