As far as i know they're are no aspects to sun, moon mars or venus?? I just cannot find anything specific enough in relation to descendant conjunct north node?

Nodal axis and Ascendant/desc axis in synastry??

What does it mean if someone has their nodal axis exactly lying on anothers ascendant/descendant axis...they are conjunct exactly 0 degree orb, (south node and asc in virgo 8 degrees and north node/descendant in pisces 8 degrees)
