A friend sent me an email from a friend with the Oregon Ballet Foundation about an event held yesterday (April 20). They were making a second attempt at breaking the world record for the world's largest ballet class - record was 551 people. After attending Tribal Quest NW on Saturday, Choo Choo (aka Elaine) and I (aka Shimmy, as in Cheri Shimmy) left the world of belly dance, headed down Sandy Blvd, dined on my favorite foods at Gustav's/Rhinelander - did I say it was my favorite???, and then proceeded to the new IKEA store in PDX-land.
