Good Lord... I have known this wonderful man for 13 years now! Doug's an incredible thinking, laughing, loving person... a real and true human with all the humanity and ingenuity that comes along with that. He's taught me things about myself I couldn't see when I most needed to see them. He's been patient with me more times that I can count. He's generous in sharing himself with others regardless of where they are, or where he is. He's also the funniest damn man I have *ever* met. Seriously.

Doug rocks... and you should definitely sneak into his yard in the middle of the night and leave him plastic pink lawn flamingos. Seriously.
