Hi, I am a life student of energy arts concerned with the laws of nature, their relationship to the human condition, using and bending energy to encourage the innate flow within and without.

I use movement as a living prayer. And art as a creative download. And have an insatiable interest in film production/photography. I'm interested in keeping the flow going and like to hang with anything that inspires me. I experience greater levels of safety relative to the levels of autonomy I am experiencing.

I'm into my pets who are willing to hang out with me and stay light on their feet, my refuge in the mountains, movement, authenticity, high ideals and intelligence. Oh yeah, and red wine, sweet italian sausage and baseball.
