Joel is a great friend and an overall great person. A strong writer with close ties to his family, he also likes long walks off short piers, tiptoe-ing throught the tulips and makin' whoopee with his hunnie. He's a book-lover, too, which is a major plus in my book.

We've known each other a long time. I'm proud to call him a friend.
