Rainy days

I love rainy days...
Walking in the rain helps to clear my head. Everything smells crisp....you can smell the ground...see as the water washes away the dust? Where's my flannel pajamas? Where are my slippers? I'm going to make a fresh pot of coffee when I get home. I'm going to open the door, walk outside with my cup-o-joe and feel the sweet touches of the rain on my eyelashes.

Oh hey baby, I'll join you. ;-)

This is my favorite weather. You know how most people get spring fever? I get rainy fever and want to ditch work.

Wood Heat and Rain
I have a woodstove!!! that's how we heat our house and office/garage! Its an itty bitty little thing that is soooo efficent! It also has a glass front so that I can sit and watch the fire while I spin wool and things like that. Lots of calorie burning work to cut, split an stack wood tho!

You are always welcome in my home! *too bad I live so far away*

I also love the rain. Here in oregon, it gets GREEN this time of year. The grass, is bright, and the fir trees are bright, and then there is the splash of red and gold and rust that comes with the maples and other trees that loose leaves! I love living here!
