Sitting at Hot Pot with Leah and Tascha, I'm reminiscing about the events of the Rodeo. The ponies that sucked you into their pony world....I just loved them...fell under their spell I did. The dances in the arena....they were all fantastic. The line dance was so fun! My first goof up had me laughing so hard that I kept the goof up going...and then laughing etc...I loved it! The clowns, Shelly's butt with a dent in it, looks like someone punched her butt. Leah's blue crack hair :) Amy's hair flying up. The ponies pulling One-eyed Charlie, it was such an incredibly powerful piece! It moved me to my soul, thank you for that Unmata...you ladies are brilliant. I won double what I started with in roulette to buy more raffle tickets. I was thrilled to see the people that won the 4 UNSigils, they seemed so happy. Oh the gorgeous horse that I scared the crap out of by taking a picture of him with a flash...der. That horse remembered me after that and wouldn't come near...lol poor boy. The rodeo tattoos! So many people getting the tattoos to memorialize this epic event. The incredible musical entertainment, wow..who knew we had so much talent in the community other than dance eh? I'm proud to say that I got Sooz to break character!!! That's right Sooz...lol She was awesome, perfect in her character. The Matador dance...whew that was thrilling then sad then whew again! awesome Origin? holy crap, that was so damned funny! I thought I was going to wet myself...I love the Amy wig hahaha And Kami and her dad, he was hysterical and she was so sweet.:) Don't forget The Indigo...brilliant as always. I'm very lucky to get to see them. That's my two cents on it....thank you Unmata & Hot Pot for the ride!

Metal

I just finished my very first pendant made of metals. It took quite a while to finish but I learned a lot about the process. What to first and second etc... I can't wait to start on another. I'm going to have to start drawing up my designs when I think about them because when i'm getting down to it, I forget them. I'll work on that. Anyway, I'm really excited to start all of this, it's just another area of jewlery that I'm expanding myself into.

Okay so TF9 is coming and I don't have enough of my pendants done. If I had 2 additional weeks I'd be good but I'm just going to make do right. Then maybe I'll get some orders or something. Meanwhile back at the ranch, I made my first contact/business card....oh great then my printer is telling me that i'm running low on ink! What the ! &^%&^#$&& again I will overcome, adapt and improvise.:) So, maybe I should get off the computer and get to the pendants again...

surgery

I am a couple of weeks away from having surgery and if you know me, then you know that I have lots of anxiety about it. I want to give love to my beautiful friends for being soooo inspriational, supportive and loving. You guys really help me to get through stuff including this surgery. I'm going to be great and heal fast right?absolutely. Can't stay away from dance too long...might go crazy...lol You know that i'll be blasting your phones off texting you...LOL I love you guys, thank you.

Rainy days

I love rainy days... Walking in the rain helps to clear my head. Everything smells crisp....you can smell the ground...see as the water washes away the dust? Where's my flannel pajamas? Where are my slippers? I'm going to make a fresh pot of coffee when I get home. I'm going to open the door, walk outside with my cup-o-joe and feel the sweet touches of the rain on my eyelashes.

Okay so i'm down in the dumps. I interviewed for a job recently and just found out this morning that I did not get it. I'm totally bummed out about it because I was trying to get away from some bitches in my office. They are overwhelming and I've been fighting them off for quite a while now. I just don't have any more fight left so I want to leave. Well, in my classification, there aren't that many decent positions....so it's pretty limited. This one, I already know the people and do some work for them so by not being selected for it just felt like a little knife in the back. I'm probably being over sensitive (as I have a habit of doing) but I just can't shake this. I'm thinking that I'm just desperate to get away from the B's.

Student Show

So here it is, one week away and the butterflies come into my belly everytime I think of it....which is all the time. This past Wednesday we had our class/practice and things were really coming together thanks to our Shelly. I felt scared but also happy that we were sort of squished up together. I figure the more we're squished up, the less chance of somone seeing me screw up..LOL. I had such a great time messing up this last class! hee hehe Wish us good juju's!

My dog

I have a dog, his name is Bobo...he makes me so happy! and what's so cool about him....just like all dogs, is that he loves me unconditionally. Dogs are amazing, I think that a dogs heart is much bigger than we think. What do they expect in return? nothing....just love. Dogs are love.

Why do some people spend so much engery on being hateful to others? How does someone go through life like that? Complaining about ridiculous things? My neighbor told my other neighbor (that is two doors down from them) that their baby was screaming too loud and they needed to make him stop. What the???^%$^%$!!! Is that lady nuts? It's a baby!!!! She also complained to the neighbor across the street when they were power washing the underside of their vehicle....they were too noisy and they needed to turn it off. This is mid day mind you. Now she is complaining to me that my dog barks all day long. I'm afraid that she will poison my dog. She's probably going to file a complaint. What a nut job. I guess that's all I have to say about that.
