What does that even mean?

This phrase is usually spoken with haste toward someone who has created some sort of song, video, or other form of art - some call it art, some call it a waste of time...

I wanna know how wonderful these people's lives are, that they feel the need to put someone else's down. If they are so opinionated, talking about "wasted time on their hands", doesn't that mean that they are wasting their time absorbing this medium, and not to mention commenting and responding to it?

I mean, if you got something to back up your high and mighty self, and the critical words that you spew, then fine. If, with your time you are Saving the Dolphins or Feeding the Children, then, yes, maybe it would be easier and more acceptable to point out simple lives and actions within. But, c'mon. Chances are, you're eating nachos, or drinkin a beer, smokin joint..maybe you just got into a fight, or you went for a ride to the store; Maybe you're doing laundry, gossiping, or dancing in front of your mirror...point is, we're all the same (unfortunately) - in so many ways (luckily not all) - so, shut your barfholes and let the people around you enjoy these little things that, yes, may take up alot of time for a not-so-good outcome, but atleast they are doing something fun and creative - not looking at what others do, just so they can diss it.

So, to all those who waste their time 'hatin', I say: Get a Life! :)
