I'm a nanny and birth doula (a doula is a birth and family advocate who provides emotional and physical support during labor as well as information and rescources). I'm also trained as a postpartum doula, though I'm not actively working as one. I'm married to a wonderful man whose primary passion is bicycles and getting his hands dirty working on them. Sometimes I get jealous that his hands are constantly all over his five "other ladies", but mostly I'm just happy he has made a career out of what he loves.
I have more interests when winter doesn't keep me indoors. Lately I pretty much just watch movies, knit and read. I can't wait for warm weather.
