Currently holding space as co-founder at the Midland Yoga Center, our Kundalini Yoga ashram in Bloomington, Indiana (who knew?!))) well-kept secret city, a magical vortex of myriad things, people, arts, activism, nature, consciousness... Just activating my destiny, cultivating neutral mind, open heart & infinite self, so as to serve the vibrational shift and help to hold higher frequencies, primarily through music (funky eclectic kirtan fusion), whole living pranic sustenance (often simply referred to as food), and yogic practice (a foundation in the studio translates into awareness & presence in daily life)...
