broken sea shells from the window
lay on the floor
and the instructions for watering the new plant
had fallen on the ledge

It could have been the cat
and then, later I saw the spools of thread
on my dirty clothes pile...
That drawer never closes-
you see, to the untrained hands,
the bottom stays shut and the boxes fall to the ground
spilling thread, elastic, ribbons...etc.
The drawer is also broken, so it's very hard to close
that's probably why it was left open
and the 1/2 o is gone from the jar
ahmmm.......

I'm trying to pick up the energy-
it feels like a 'friend'
I will make the necessary protections
as well as keep the windows locked ;)
