As a graduate from The Culinary Institute of America, I have discovered a newfound love for baking, in particular bread! My goal is to learn how to bake Middle Eastern pastries. I also would really love to learn how to bake the various kinds of bread that are made throughout the Middle East.

I'M GONNA TRY TO MAKE THIS MENU (^_^)
Baking Journey thus Far...So I made the Challah the other day. I am completely surprised that it turned out alright! For some odd reason, I decided to mix the batter by hand...Yeah...And also, the parchment paper that I bought started to burn while the bread was in the oven!!!!! Ugh! So, I made the basic three braid challah, and clover leaf rolls. I used sesame seeds and cinnamon sugar for the topping!!! Delicious!!!! (^_^)
My Boring Life (^_^)
So I am truly at a moment in life where I am unsure of what to do next. I have graduated from the Culinary Institute of America, and now that I need a job, I'm starting to realize what I would like to do. I have always been the type to gravitate towards uncommon things. It's just the way my brain is wired I guess (^_^). I have decided that instead of making wedding cakes, I would like to bake bread. I would like to focus on baking Middle Eastern bread. Yep that's right peeps! It's almost time for the snow to grace the mountains with its lovely presence. This means that I can continue my snowboarding quest! Once again I will be able to gracefully fall down the mountainside due to my lack of staying on my board skills! Good Times! Oh! I was reading an article about the most dangerous out door activities. Guess what! Snowboarding is the most dangerous! Followed by sledding! How cool is that!?!

So I really hate going to the gym. I'm one of those self conscious people who would rather exercise at home...a lot of good that does me...N-E-Wayz, because of this, I am constantly adding new work-out DVDs to my collection. One day at good old Barnes & Noble, I discover the Discover Belly Dance Series with Veena and Neena. Bored with my regimen of Taebo and yoga, i decided to give it a try. WOW! What does belly dance mean to me. It starts with a girl who over the years had built up so much self hatred for herself that she could hate herself out of existence, but that's for later. Okay so I love music! I have been playing musical instruments since elementary school. If I could, I would be like Yoh from Shaman King and walk around with headphones on all the time. So I'm sitting in my room during odd hours of the day, most likely 2 am, and a thought pops up...I wonder what music sounds ...

So now that I have graduated, I don't know what the fuck to do!!!!!! I was thinking...........So the other day I took my math assessment test for entrance into the CIA. So I'm waiting on the results for that...By the way its the Culinary Institute of America. Also UCR has a certificate program for crime scene investigation so.....I'm really interested in working for a video game company. Okay here's the thing:
