I host and/or lead the following weekly groups at my home with my partner Kim.
Sunday :: Mindfulness Meditation Group in the tradition of Thich Nhat Hanh communitybuilders.meetup.com/3/ Thursdays :: Empathic Communication Practice Group: www.baynvc.org/community_...w_entry.php In this group we develop our ability to listen and respond empathically to others, regardless of what they are saying. This skill makes both every day conversations more satisfying, and difficult conversations much easier. The group follows what is alive in the moment, rather than a strict agenda, so the experience will be dynamic and energetic. I offer conflict mediation services, and private empathy sessions in the NVC tradition.
