We invite people to consider how their actions affect non-human and human animals as well as the planet. We also function as a support group for those who to choose to go against the dominant culture and adopt a vegetarian or vegan lifestyle. There are so many issues tied to this lifestyle besides choosing what to eat. The environment and human rights are also deeply affected.

At Burning Man in 2005 and 2006 we screened nighttime video and invited dialog. In 2007 we added daytime films and workshops. In 2008 we had the Ask A Vegan booth that sparked some good conversations. We also had an animal-rights-inspired art installation.

If you are vegan or vegetarian we'd love to have your company. We also need dedicated people to help with camp outreach, workshops, and art. If you want to help, please email us with some info about your ideas, experience and skills.
