I'd like to take this opportunity to remind all my friends to be careful. Ladies be aware when you are walking alone or anything else. I'm almost 5'9" and push big horses around in my spare time. It takes a lot to intimidate me and like most women I often am not as cautious as I should be. Don't be a victim.

A good friend of mine was raped this weekend. She left her wallet in the store when she was locking up for the night and ran back in to get it. A guy who worked near by saw it and followed her in. She is one of the strongest women I know and I would never have guessed she would fall victim to something like this. It could happen to anyone.

1 in 4 women is sexually assaulted during their lifetime. Don't become a statistic.
