Pretty sure Richardson county park mandates quiet from 10 pm.

Quiet camp was closer (about a mile)
and had hot showers for a donation, food etc vendors and portapotties/dumpster everywhere.

Firedancers were allowed to perform as late as they wanted.
and the central bon/campfire was delightful. Great pix and storytelling too.

They also had some isolated quiet spots away from the activity for actual sleeping.

I just want to find the largest gathering.
